Travis A. Smith

A native of Queens, New York, Travis A. Smith has dedicated his life to empowering individuals to live fully in Christ. From the days of his youth, he has served the church wholeheartedly in a myriad of roles. As a result, the Lord has honored His servant’s willing heart with opportunities to travel the country and abroad doing His work!

Travis' service began at the Shekinah Youth Church of The Greater Allen A.M.E. Cathedral of New York. As a youth officer, he was trained with both spiritual and practical responsibilities from age 15. 

As time would allow for maturity and transition, he would continue ministry service at God's Deliverance for Purpose Ministries under the tutelage of Pastor Lena Carr as a worship leader, preacher and youth leader. Under the pastorate of Elder Jonathan Mack at The City of Oasis Church, Travis was licensed for ministry in 2014 and ordained in 2016. He was later affirmed and appointed to serve the Christ Centered Ministries Assembly (the late Bishop Iona Locke) as Administrative Associate, Life Empowerment Worship Center (Dr. Byron L. Preston) as Online/Social Media Pastor, and Warriors Worship Assembly (Pastor Sytyra Ware/Bishop Taurean Ware) as Executive Pastor.

With a burden to draw thirsty souls to drink of the Living Water, Elder Smith established ALTARations Prayer and Outreach Ministries, Inc. Many have been encouraged and uplifted through its outreach efforts, prayer gatherings, Bible studies and annual 1-day conference entitled “Blueprint Prayer Symposium”. 

With much prayer and the guidance of Godly leadership, Elder Smith was commissioned to shepherd a local congregation. On Sunday, September 29, 2024, Faith Fellowship Worship Center Inc. held its first worship service in the Bronx, NY! The Word is preached, worship flows freely, and the fellowship of the attendees is truly a genuine encounter. Faith Fellowship continues to grow and serve its community under the apostolic covering of Presiding Bishop Malcolm W. Cummins, Sr. and God Ordained Fellowship Connections, Inc!

With undergraduate degrees from Alliance University and Dominion Theological Seminary, Pastor Smith serves God’s people with biblical depth and theological precision as a certified life coach and pastoral counselor.

A devoted husband to Miriam and father to Eleazar, Symphonie and Malakhi, Pastor Travis Smith remains grounded in his faith and family. His life and ministry are anchored in the instructions of Jesus in John 21:17:

“Feed My lambs.” 

Miriam Smith

Elder & Co-Founder

Evangelist Miriam Smith was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. She and her sisters were brought up with Christian values by their parents, and regularly attended St. John’s Baptist Church under the pastorate of the late Reverend Dr. John L. Scott, Sr.

Evangelist Smith began singing at the age of 4, and her gift made room for her at various churches and on stage in different musical venues. Her continued service to God and His people would lead her to the positions of being a nurse and assistant church clerk at St. John’s.

Coupled with her service within the local church, the Lord was preparing His servant through her 10+ year career in customer service. A life-long learner, Evangelist Smith enrolled in Nyack College in 2017 to continue her undergraduate studies in music and theology. It was there that she met her husband, Elder Travis A. Smith. Together, they completed studies through Lighthouse Christian Counseling Training Center to become Board-Certified Christian Counselors in 2021.

With a heart of compassion focused on meeting the needs of others, Evangelist Smith accepted her ministry call and was licensed to preach the Gospel on April 15, 2023. She received her ordination as an elder in the Lord's Church on March 21, 2026. 

She and her husband are the proud parents of three children - Eleazar, Symphonie and Malakhi.

Carolyn White

Deacon & Treasurer

Carolyn Aultman-White resides in Queens, New York. She is a member of
Faith Fellowship Worship Center serving under the leadership of Pastor
Travis A Smith and Lady Miriam Smith. She is married to Mr. Jerry White
and has raised six (6) children, four biological (Terrance, Talea, Travis and
Tevin) and two adopted nieces (Selina and Charisma). All have been raised under the admonishment of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

She serves in Faith Fellowship as Trustee member and Financial
Secretary. She holds a Business Management degree from Ashworth
College. She has studied at the True Gospel Tabernacle Church Bible
Institute in the Bronx, New York under the leadership of the late Reverends
Leroy and Mary Benton and also held the title of Trustee member and
Financial Secretary.

Over the past 28 years Carolyn has been a member of The Bethel Gospel
Assembly in Harlem, New York under the leadership of the late Bishop Ezra
Williams and also a member of the Greater Allen Cathedral of New York
where she served as Lay member of the Lay Organization and served on
the Feeding of the Multitude ministry under the legacy of the Rev. Drs.
Floyd and Elaine Flake (Emeritus) and currently under Rev Stephen Green and First Lady Braea Green.
Carolyn is also a member of the Cambria Heights Community Association
in her neighborhood.

Carolyn was baptized at the tender age of twelve, at the Metropolitan
Baptist Church in Harlem, New York. However, it was in 1983 at an
Amway meeting in Richmond, Virginia when Carolyn accepted the Lord
Jesus Christ into her life and was forever changed by the Holy Spirit with a
dedication to walk in the light and love of God. She is a faithful respecter of
God’s House and his people and has a desire to see one and all come to
know His saving grace.
